You will work with the Mental Health Department and the Flagler County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller’s office to file a Marchman Act petition. The filing office is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 4:30, although you should arrive at least one hour before closing to allow time to process paperwork.
